My favorite is the decemberists and i listen to them in my car, my computer, ipod, everywhere...even as i go to sleep. it affects and takes up my time and i realize it but i like listening to the songs over and over again and singing along. i should be studying and doing other things...

its like someone addicted to the internet but this is to a particular band. i dont know how to stop. i keep listening to them and have tried to stop but it just doesnt work. its like smoking and tobacco, and the songs are my fuel.

it affects me especially when it comes to study time and i tell myself i will study hard for exams but rather i end up just searching for live concerts of the band and download different live shows.

they're my favorite band and dont want to stop listening to them but i do agree that i listen to them too much.

i have like 3 different cd's of the band, all the same songs just sang at different concert venues...its all i listen to. help!!!!

please., this is serious to me.

I was told in English people may say"Nobody remenbered to sign their names";however they don't say "Nobody remenbered to sign his or her names,"
So what is wrong with the later way of saying?

I found out what Graphics card I'm using (SIS 315) and downloaded the necessary drivers, but when I try and install it, it doesn't finish, it says something about not finding the driver, whats that all about? what can I do now?
I've tried downloaded the driver from all different sites, even the official one and they're all identical, what can I do?

has the reference to Jesus as "Rabbi" been changed to "Lord, teacher, master"?I know that my grandpa's Bible Jesus is mostly refer to Rabbi or teacher.

I'm Just curious if he is still refered to as Rabbi in the "updated" versions. My bible is still a bit old.

I met my close female friend at the wkn and I told her how I felt. She told me that we would never be together and would only remain friends. When I asked her for her reasons--she could not give any concrete answers. Some excuses were:

1)We have very different views and would not be compatible-I told her that is what makes our friendship so good and that we spend so much time together that it doesn't matter.
2)Her view of a relationship is what we already do(apart from physical), so I asked would it be that wrong to add the physical aspect to it.She said NO, but that it wouldn't feel right-what does this mean?
3)She said we wouldn't work out as a couple but said she does not know why--has got a feeling,would not even give it a try.
4)Said I'm attractive,but its just ME as a whole that she does not see herself being with.What's this mean?

Is not scared of commitment/relationship/ruining the friendship if we went further+failed.

What should I do? Is really no chance EVER?

I am trying to figure out what was a movie I watched when I was a kid. Probably an 80's film but may be from late 70's. It was about a man who created a machine that removed a person's soul from their body and stored in in a (glass jar?). While it was in the jar, the person could not die, thus became immortal. I think they did age, but could not die until the glass was broken and the soul was released. Anyone know this movie? If so pleese let me know. Thanks.

I met this Girl over the internet approx. 6months ago and have been talking to her every day since and for about three months we have been talking on the phone as well and have become very good friends. The only thing that has kept me from meeting her already is the fact that I am in the military and have not been back home in the states since February.
