I think that you might get hurt, she has a boyfriend and for that reason I don't think that she is interested in you... Even if she does have feelings for you she would be overwhelmed with shock and have to resort in drastic measures... I think that it is best that you test the water before you jump in and get eaten alive.

This is not a problem.You want to marry her and her boy friend do not want to marry but stay as a boy friend only.Try to find some kind of compromise so that all three of you are happy.

no dont call it PROPOSING.... u mite get hurt when she tells u shes already in a relationship.... even though u already knw it.... call it "letting her knw yr feelings" she'll appretiate them more n will think abt what u sais later too... n most of all u well feel better after telling her without feeling hurt..

personally i dont think it's right for anyone to come in between an existing relationship. only condition whee it is excusable is when that girl herself tells you that she is unhappy with her current boy friend. otherwise i will advice you to look for another girl.
