Women do not have a prostate gland. Only men do have prostitis. Or did you mean proctitis which is inflammation of the rectum/anus?

The prostate gland appears on the male equipment list. Without a prostate it impossible to have prostatitis.

They can get it if they have a prostate. Most women dont though.
