I am 5'7-5'8. weight 124 in the morning. I had 20 pieces of chocolate and chips and ice cream very late at night and the next morning i weighted 126lb. what causes such rapid weight gain and How can I lose that?

Another thing is that I ve been jogging everyday for 3 mins and i walke at least 40 blocks every day. I have been on a healthy diet and I have lost several pounds in 2 months. But all the sudden the weight just stopped at 124 and doesn't seem to go down anymore. I know I don't sound like i am over weight but I still want to lose 6 more pounds. How can i do that?

help plz~~

we split almost 2 months ago cause he said it's better if we would just be friends(I was really hurt cause I adored him). Couple days ago he invites me over to his place(indecent proposal) .. I say I'll be there in 2 hours.After 2 hours I text saying that I thought about it ..and that I'm going out with my friends instead and we should leave it for a Monday or so...He starts threathning me like... It's just my observation, but most of the people I know are having girls or have had girls. I'm expecting a girl too and I'm already concerned that she won't find a boyfriend because there will be so few around!

I went into a bookshop and asked if they had any 1st edition Harry Potter books. the owner boasted that she has 300 copies of the 6th book, 70 of the 5th 30 of the 4th and 3 rd books. but they are NOT for sale. she is keeping them for her retirement!! This is unfair as in many shops they only allow customers to by 1 copy when they 1st come out so why is it fair that the shops themselves can buy them at low prices and keep them all? bloomsury sold them to her to sell on. NOT to keep!!

I haven't drove for about 2 years now I have a license too but I'm scared stiff of getting involved in an accident.

Even when I am in cars now I am getting anxious about the person driving and even the other people on the road! I prefer to walk to most places when I can like the docs.

Is it normal? or should I just face it and get driving again?

I am a volunteer providing financial literacy education to low-income individuals in the United States. The current individuals are men recovering from drug addiction in a half-way house. Their path to recovery includes eventually obtaining employment and beginning to rebuild their finances. One goal is opening a bank account.

One of the men used to have his wages garnished for child support payments and never opened a bank account in fear that the account balance would be seized to satisfy his overdue amounts. Knowing whether this could happen and any web resources available for further research would help very much.

I got my first job waiting tables when I was 18. I was SO nervous, and on my second day, I was leaning over to put plates of food on the table, and ended up dumping a basket of hot french fries onto a baby's head. Thank god the baby wasn't hurt, but the parents were really pissed. I can't blame them, though. I still cringe when I think about that.
