if not what should one do when you are not married yet? and illicit sex is not permitted in your religious beliefs?

What is it? self-sexual-stimulation
Why do people do it? it feels good
Does it solve any problems? Even if it only makes them feel good, that's solving a problem. If it helps them not do things they shouldn't (be crabby or have illicit sex), then it definitely solves problems.
Is it right? Yes, it's good for you. Not only for the immediate effect, but also because it helps you learn what feels good to you, which will help at some future time (one hopes) when you will be with a partner and you will both want to know what makes both of you feel good.

masturbation is when you relieve all that sexual tension but by yourself. men resort to jacking off and women resort to fingering them selves until they "bust". people do it when they are extremely horny and they don't have anyone to have sex with so they masturbate.i think it solves a lot of problems first there getting rid of that sexual frustration then sex with yourself is always safe sex i personally don't do it but others that i know have say it close to the best. if your religious belifes wont allow you to ahve illicit sex the masterbastion is the place for you just don't do it to many time you could become addicted.

It solves SO MANY problems. It de-stresses me, which keeps my medical costs down, keeps me from any risky sexual behavious, and makes it MUCH easier for everyone who has to deal with me.
