The best one I ever saw looked like a lion head when you looked at it from a distance. When you got closer to it, it was a bunch of women intertwined. It was very well done. And the guy did it to himself. I was totally impressed.

Tommy Lee had his kids write their names on a piece of paper....and of course they were really young so the handwriting was all messy; but legible....then had it transferred into tattoos...that's pretty cool! And this isn't real, but Michael Scofield's on Prison Break! It has some numbers, not much writing but it is a blue print of the inside of the prison! Sweet!

My cousin who is 21 now has the AA serentiy prayer on his back in script. It's beautiful. "God grant me the serentity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can and the wisdom to know the difference". Our grandfather was a recovering alcoholic for over 25 years, and we all look up to him in the family, so it was a very poignant thing for my cousin to do.

do you mean like when people have like whole poems and shi* written on them or do you mean lettering because the best lettering would have to be method mans tattoo, it says life and death but it can be seen either way.

i dont no wat a written tattoo is but some tattoos that i've seen on people that i really liked is when you tattoo you wrist with like the name of a bf/gf or a husband or wife, or like hearts on your wrist or when you cover like your shoulder and part of your back with black starts hmm...thats all i can think of and i really like how angelia jolie has the arabic tatoo on her arm
