Once you reach a certain weight (lower weight like you are at right now) it becomes harder and harder to lose weight. You need to exercise for longer periods to help take the weight off (not that you need to) and eating late at night WILL make you gain SOME weight...only because once you eat that late, you usually go to bed and the weight just stays..whereas in the afternoon and evenings when you eat, you usually are active, therefore making the weight come off. Get on a regular exercise routine, but push yourself to it a little harder each day. (run for 10 mins one day the next run for 15,ect). Try not to eat after a certain time (7 or 8?) And eat plenty of fruits and veggies. Drinks lots of water, too.

You've probably plateaued at your optimum body weight. Try switching up your routine. Start jogging twice as much , or jog at a different time of day, or do a different kind of cardio. Your body gets used to a certain routine and makes you plateau faster. Just changing the order that you do exercises can actually make a difference. If you find youre still not losing any more weight, that means your at your optimum weight, meaning your body WANTS to be that weight. You can start putting on more muscle and you'll look thinner (because the fat will go away) OR you have to kick your workout into overdrive.
About the food - it doesnt matter what time of day you eat, no matter what anyone tells you. Calories are calories. One pound of chocolate cake at 4PM is just as bad as having it at 11PM. The difference is that you dont digest as well when you laying down, so it's better for your digestion to not eat at least 2 hours before you go to bed (3-4 is best). Also, you should weigh yourself at the same time every day (morning is best) to get a good comparison of gain or loss. The reason you probably weighed more that day is because you ate at night, so all of it didnt digest properly. Check your weight another morning when you didnt eat late the night before. You're probably the same or very close to what you used to be.
Also, people say you shouldnt eat after 7PM (or whatever time they say) because most people eat crappy food after that hour. Not because those calories stick to you more or something.

that's distinctive for each individual. that's no longer probably logical. I used to consume bananas and parmesan cheese (sprinkled on lettuce) and those ingredients are many times on a great style of persons's dangerous checklist. then lower back, i could by no potential consume yogurt or almonds (once I found out they have been seven energy each and each and a couple of energy from fat, I felt greater betrayed than Jon Snow) yet a great style of anorexics would completely consume those. usually an anorexic will come across some ingredients that they sense they'd consume and ingredient effectively, and have weird and wonderful obsessions with them. i'd down packets of aspartame and binge on frozen corn (your physique would be unable to technique the foodstuff in that type). a great style of anorexics will consume rice muffins, nonetheless I by no potential could with the aid of fact carbs. foodstuff plan Coke is an entire foodstuff team. heavily, even nonetheless it hurts like a ***** to swallow, you in basic terms continuously down it. for sure eco-friendly tea, lettuce, celery is a vast one.

As far as your weight goes, it sounds like you have hit a plateau. You're going to have to work harder than you have had to, to lose more pounds. Jog a little longer, walk a little further.
