There is an ever increasing global population but most of us continue to do or put up with a lot we do not like because a few legislate and regulate our lives for us.
I do not condon anarchy, my own view is that most of us lack the balls to stand up for what we want and there is a huge dose of apathy affecting us. What is your take on the situation?

I totally agree, now back in '77 when I was a lad it was like ##*%$ well I'm sure you read about it.
