We like to think that it is 'our morals' or 'our thinking' or many other things along that line. In reality we really don't know exactly what guides one's actions. We like to think we have "free will", however, in reality there is no free will. Our actions are often guided by forces and events we are not even fully aware of. Thats not to say that we don't have some choice in the matter or that we don't chose to do things at times, however, it is not a case of complete freedom of choice as is often touted in our society. There are undoubtedly deep emotional and other psychological issues within each of us that have powerful influences over our behavior.

That is really a deep question. My hope would be that I would be guided by my love for my Savior. I would have it be that I would do God's will. In reality, like most people, day to day existence is often guided by one's emotions, the events of the day, one's state of mind. Often, as a Christian, I will go to God in prayer on the 'big' things, but tend to take over when it comes to the 'small' things. Although as I progress through life I've learned that emotions are fickle and not to be used as a compass. Thank you for your question.

There is but one Mind, the mind of God! We are individual expressions of the one, constantly making choices both conscience and unconscious. These choices are who we are and are reflected in our lives. Through meditation, prayer and intention we cognitively guide our lives in the most beneficial way possible. Since there is only one mind, we are all connected, and yet individual. The universal mind is guiding us, but we must choose to allow it's guidance into our lives. I intend that my life is guided by Universal Spirit to bring Peace to the world.
