this will be our 4th xmas together and we've bought each other everythin there is to buy ... we're downscaling xmas this year as there was a death in the family but i need to buy him somethin small but that it means something.

I have been at my current company for nearly two years and I have had one very small payrise in line with inflation. It has recently come to my attention that other people who do the same job as me are earning more money. It is only a small company with 9 staff (one of whom has just resigned!) I would like to ask for a pay rise to bring my salary in line with other people. I am good at my job and have had excellent reports in my apraisals. I just dont want to rock the boat as I know my boss and his wife (who is also co. secretary) can be quite difficult in these situations. Any suggestions on how I can approach this with the best results :-) thanks

I am very tired of my six-month-old wife!!! yeah six months!!! she couldn't understand a thing that i said! no there is no language barriers!!! it's just that she can't LISTEN. she thought that if she sit down and listen quitely on what i said or what i am trying to say, she's a dumb a@@ and talk back totally in circles to the extend that i know there is no word get across to her!!! be it tv, be it flowers or movies or whatsoever there is not a single time that i could discuss!!! it always end up in a shouting match as i feel really dumb as i was merely making a point of my thinking and it has to end up in fights!!! i talk with friends or even my ex, i don't have that kind of problem, not even slightly!!! you could imagine! yeah we don't talk much! this is really sickening and i difinitely made a wrong choice!! is divorce the only answer now?!! help!!

Surely it is safer than loking at the person sitting in the car who is speaking to you as many women do.
I tried to report a dangerous driver and all I got was earache about driving and using a phone and I was the passenger!.
Surely it is composing text messages, or dialling which is dangerous.

Why do I get so easily offended? Why am I so sensitive? I mean when somebody even jokes around negatively towards me I get upset and my mood lever drops. When somebody gaves me a weird look I already get really offended. When even little kids playfully will say something to me I get really pissed off at them and start to say something back.When I start with someone new people conversation and I disagree with them I try to put them down because I think they putting down by not agreeing. I think everybody is trying to offend me some how and it makes me really angry and negative.What is wrong with me .Could this be due to me having social anxiety and depression?
