i have dark brown hair, chestnut as some one told me and i wanted to lighten my hair. I dont want to lighten it a lot but just a bit. How can i do that? could i use lemon juice or something like that? i dont want to put too much chemicals into my hair.

I have a 6 month old daughter with my wife. She hits me and she has a very short temper with me, our daughter and our dogs. She has depression and is taking meds for it. She is in the military and works alot while I stay home with the baby, so I have no income on my own.
