If you are citing the actual presentation, then you cite it as an oral presentation (lecture, address, reading, etc.), providing the title of the PowerPoint presentation as the title of the lecture. The fact that it was a PowerPoint presentation wouldn't appear in the citation.
If you want to cite the PowerPoint presentation itself, the MLA Handbook doesn't provide any particular guidance. An educated guess would be something along the lines of citing a lecture or unpublished work:
Jones, John. "The Lecture Title." Powerpoint presentation for English 101, Example High School. Spring 2004.
