because maybe someone wants to see if someone wants them for them. why would you use eharmony anyway is the question

Some people would rather attract the opposite sex by their words rather than their looks. One of my friends placed an ad on match.com
She received a few replays with out her picture posted. Once she posted a picture she could not keep up with the response. She received over 10,000 hits in two weeks
Another reason could be the person may not have a current picture they like.
Don't you think too often people are judging or are judge purely on their looks?

if they are like me i don't have a way to post photos, but at the same time maybe they are one of those people who don't want their family, neighbors, coworkers, etc, to know that they are looking for someone on the web so there is no reason to attack anyone personally

Maybe they don't have a recent photo or they may not know how to download pictures on the computer.

Maybe they don't have a scanner to post a photo. Or like me they aren't photogenic. You should see my wedding photos,ugh.

So people will appreciate them for who they are, and what they're all about, not what they look like. And if they're like me, they don't want their image on the Internet
