I know I will need to eat a bit more than the actual amount patients eat after that surgery, but if I follow that eating plan, would it be okay? I seriously seem to have this PROBLEM in my brain where I think it's not really gonna matter if I eat (Fill in the blank). I KNOW what I need to do to lose weight, yet I can't follow through with it. Every bite does count, doesn't it? It's really all in the calorie intake, itsn't it? I know exersice is important, and I walk and lift dumbells, but it's the eating where my problem is. And although I DO NOT eat ALOT, obviously it's the choices I'm making. Please help, just give me your thoughts, opinions, experience. . .I feel like I need some kind of advice I am missing and it's the missing link. . .
