How about really low salt?

You can thicken up plain yogurt with a yogurt strainer (available at bed bath and beyond, etc.), and then flavor it up with all different kinds of spices just as if it were mayo, salad dressing, or any other higher salt item.

Low calories, low salt, high health, high flavor. What could be better?
