I was listening to the radio this morning and the VJ said something that I had never considered before. Many people say they support our troops, but if you don't vote wouldn't that be a disrespect to them? I was a little confused but he put it this way. "our soldiers are shedding blood for another country to have the right to vote. What are we telling our soldiers if we say we're too busy to vote ourselves. How important is demoracy to us if we dont get out there and vote?" Anyway, the website address above is where you can see if you are registered to vote. Who you vote for is no ones business, but isn't this guy right?

I recently purchased a male Betta fish and I put it in a fish bowl with gem stones. Not too long after I put it in the bowl the water became cloudy. The only stuff that is put in the water is the fish food and the drops which make the water safe for the fish. Should I change the water in the fish bowl every other day?

My friend told me about a tool that will auto-generate insert/update/delete stored procedures for SQL Server 2005, but he doesn't rememeber the name. Does anyone know of such tool, it is supposedly a free tool and is independent from Microsoft.

We have a 2002 Dodge Durango SLT Plus and it recently has had some bad engine problems. The check gauges light went off and the oil level lowered to nothing. Following this, we heard engine clunking and rough driving. We've researched it and it seems that this model has been known to build up engine sludge and it usually leads to total engin failiure. But we heard that if you do some engine flushes and change the oil and filter, that you could save your car. Has anyone else had this problem??

The labels on foods affect how much you want them? For example, I find the red label on coca-cola more appealing than the gold (caffiene free) label and sometimes if I feel I want a coke I decide not to after seeing the gold label. Does anyone else feel this way?

Most of us can point to some person who has had a eiterh a decided influence on our conversion (to Christianity) or so impacted our spirituality that we base much of our faith walk on the model of Christ-likeness that this person presents. The person may be one you know personally or an authoer, preacher, missionary, etc that you have been exposed to.

I'm still young, but I wrote this book that's long enough to be considered as a young adult book. It started out as a writing assignment, but I edited it and expanded it into a full-length detailed story. Like I said, I'm still young, so can you please give me it detail by detail? Any prices? What they look for? etc.

My son is two and a half and I would like to give him a chance to make friends or at least have more social interactions with kids his age. He always loves playing with other kids at the park and such but other than that he has no other kids to play with. I don't know if I should join a mommy and me class, start him in preschool or what. Does anyone know of a good place to get information on Preschools or other activities? I am Looking for somewhere in the Morgantown, WV area.

We have this section of our yard that is a hill slope, and it is horrible and ugly looking!! its all weedy and overgrown, and ugly. So, all summer we have been trying to get landscaping companies to do it, but none of them will stay the whole day!!!

This is because my mother litterally stands out on the deck watching them work and ordering them around the whole time. Like the entire time she will be standing there, or sitting in a lawn chair with lemmonade or something yelling at them and telling them what to do. They ALL quit before the end of the day, now there is no company who will ever come and fix the hill from hell!!Its like we are black listed.

I dont want to do it WHO CAN OMGGGGGGGGG!!!!!!!

My husband is from Israel and all of his family lives over there. We have 2 children. Lately he has been talking to me about the prospect of us all going to visit his family. I'm hesitant to accept. I don't know how safe it would be, espically when I hear about the bombings. But I feel bad about being selfish because I know he hasn't seen his family in some years-- and he really wants to introduce the kids to his mom, whom is terminally ill. Am I being too selfish? Should I consider his wishes? I don't know what to do!

Odin is a very good dog when we're home but you leave him for more than an hr. He loses his mind & chews up shoes & pillows!

We realize it's seperation anxiety but my husband is at the end of his rope as far as patience goes. My husband is very good with dogs & has done wonders w/my Shep/Pitt mix, she used to be an angry biter dog & has bit 6 people. Luckily no one sued me! & no she was never abused I've had her since she was 12 wks old. She was just very protective of me.

We've had Odin since he was 8 wks old & he's always been around people. So when he gets left alone he gets mega pissed off even though he's got another dog & 2 cats (they all get along very well) to keep him company.

What can we do to stop this behavior? We really don't want to give him up! He's a very sweet dog & we love him very much!

Right now he is kicked out into the yard & garage (by my Husband) & is not allowed back in until we resolve this situation. HELP!
