The majority of women on this planet enjoy this. Maybe she's not enjoying it because she's not allowing herself to relax and enjoy it.
She might be self-conscious about being "dirty" or "smelly" down there. If that's the case, you have two options: 1. Do it after she has a shower or bath so she feels clean. 2. Tell her you love the smell and taste of it when it's "dirty" or "smelly" and that it turns you on. If you reassure her that it smells and tastes good and she may start to relax.
If that's not the issue, maybe it's your approach. If you're just diving straight for it, you've got it all wrong. This is probably the only place where "beating around the bush" is good. Spend a lot more time kissing around it, but not righ on it. Only kiss directly when she's really, really excited.
Why not ask her how different techniques feel? Be playful and seductive about it. Whatever technique worked on other girls won't work on every girl, so experiment. Plus try touching and kissing at the same time - I think it's way more pleasurable.
Last possible reason why she might not like it: she thinks it's morally "wrong". Hopefully this isn't the case because there's not much you can do about that one except find another girl's privates to kiss.

give her time, and if she lets ya but wants to go "pee" or use the bathroom first, let her and act like you dont know she is going to clean up.just smile and go down when she returns.we all are humans and we all smell and we all need some understanding..and yes, we like it....ALOT!!good luck and please use protection.some stds are hard to know you even have them untill its too late.i think i am infertile cause of a past std...have fun!
