I was injured over 9 months ago when I fell at work injuring the left side. I have a chip in the hip and buldging disks from L2-S1. I have done everything asked (at least once) and I have no real answers yet. I have had x-rays, mri, cortisone shot, physical therapy, chiropractic, acupuncture, an epidural steroid injection into L4-S1, and now she wants me to have a SI injection. Because its a work comp case I cannot get away from this doctor and she does not agree with anyone she sends me to. I have seen over 10 different "specialists" and no one can say what is causing the pain. As it sits I have been out of work since the day after the injury which was 9 months ago and may I add I'm only 25. I was injured when I was 24 and spent my bithday in pain uable to barely walk. Everyday I experience pain in the low low back, butt, groin area, thigh, back of leg, knee joints and sometimes in the foot. ALL ON THE LEFT SIDE. ANYONE OFFER ADVICE???

Okay... I need a princess costume. I am 13 years old so no little girls stuff. I want it to be absolutly beautiful, not cute but beautiful. I also, want to do my own hair, buy a tiara/crown, a long flowing dress, earrings ect. I dont want to buy a costume I want to be dressed up from head to toe, inside and out so that I can look beautiful. It has to be special because this might be my last dress up haloween. No dead things. I need a dress that is beautiful (I was thinking light blue, gold, pink. I have tan/olive colored skin so the color needs to look good on me) but no totally expensive, and fast shipping under 50 bux. I need hair ideas, under the dress ideas (like old school underwear, i think that would be SUPER CUTE) I need a gorge crown/tiara (like a wedding/prom thing) and yeah, just give me the links to all the things. And tell me how you would do it if you wanted to do my idea.

So now the lefties at CNN, the netword of Daffy Ted Turner and his former bride Hanoi Jane Fonda, are airing films of enemy snipers shooting Americans. These are nothing more than Muslim Terrorist Snuff Films and whoever's responsible should be in prison. the TV last nite kept turning on and off my its self...and we dont have a timer....and every time it would turn on it would say something like "Your going to hell!" i could hear from my room...and twice now, i have this little metal piano about 2 inches tall, and it sits on my real piano, and some times it will fall off the piano by itself, and its not the vibrations, also, a couple nites ago i caught a pic of a face in my mirror, it looked like an old face, and white, kinda see-through...and i caught it on my camera/phone so i could show my G-Parents that im not nuts, and i was looking at it, and wen i went to show them the face was gone, not there, and i know wut i saw...can u tell me what is going on?

I'm planning to move to New York and want to know if it's wise to travel alone to New York, is it dangerous? Non of my friends want to travel down to New York, they like it in California and don't want to use up their vacation time, so I guess I will be traveling alone.

How much do you think I need in order to stay in New York for about a week? Nothing fancy, just a place to sleep and the resource to see New York as a New Yorker. Thank you for your insight. Also, how's the college there? Is it better then California?

ok i just found out that my fiancee is talking in very romantic ways to his ex. when I told him that it bugged me that they were still that close a week ago he said that he would stop doing that. I'm a russian 2nd year University Higher School Of Economics student, majoring in human resource management.
