I own a Hairdressing Salon in a small rural town. I play the local F.M Radio Station whilst the Salon is open to listen both to the music and local news & road reports (for customers many who travel a few miles or so away)
I am being advised that I need a license to play the Radio, surely that can`t be right. Any assistance from those that know would be most appreciated.

Does anyone use this soundcard remote control unit? I have one but it does not seem to work as i have no control of the pc volumes. It shows no visible signs of having any effect or being recognised by the pc. Is there anyway that i can at least tell if the unit is working/communicating with the pc. I will try a new battery today just in case but if anyone can give me some info on setting this unit up it maybe help get it working.Thanks.

So, whats stopping, say Scotland naming a town called Whisky, then getting the rights to the word Whisky. Russia, naming a town called Vodka, then having rights on the vodka market? Could this ever happen? And if not, why not?
