Does anyone use this soundcard remote control unit? I have one but it does not seem to work as i have no control of the pc volumes. It shows no visible signs of having any effect or being recognised by the pc. Is there anyway that i can at least tell if the unit is working/communicating with the pc. I will try a new battery today just in case but if anyone can give me some info on setting this unit up it maybe help get it working.Thanks.

Nope I dont have have it. But have you tried the Installation and Applications CD with the driver and the bundled software? They have reviewed the brand extensively on this site X-bit Labs see link below. May be that can help you.

I have the audigy 4 pro but I used to have the 2 version of it, basically when you install the drivers etc, you should have a section for the remote / ir that you can use to configure the remote and tell it which one you have.
