"Enclosed is the information you requested pertaining to the Army's policy and guidance for establishing civilian inmate labor program and civilian prison camps on Army installations.

This information has not yet been published (it is currently at the printers), however, it has been funded, staffed, and does reflect current Army policy. I hope you find this information useful."

As the storm clouds continue to gather over these once great American people, one cannot wonder at their continued insistence to not look up, see what is coming, and prepare.

We got in to a slight arguement .O.k. actually I got mad and assumed He was cheating because he put me a girl before me on his top and I told his friend that I knew and to tell him I knew and didnt care and was very upset and I didnt answer or Haven't called him since and he called mad because I didn't answer and cursed me out on my voicemail and Said not to call him back that Night which is now 3 nights ago and I havent talk to him since I really miss him What should I do??? I want to dye my hair, either a solid color, or put streaks in it. My dad says it's perfectly alright. My mother says absolutely not (they are not divorced, so it's not a control/win my love kind of thing). I have tried to convince her it's not a big deal. She died her hair for years, and my sister dyed her hair when she was my age and got away with only a week on grounding. However, by the way my mother has repeatedly said no, I have a feeling I would get a lot more than a week. I hate making my parents upset, and getting in trouble with them. How can I convince her that I'm a teenager and just want to experiment with my hair; that it's nothing big? Also, any advice on how to convince parents that I should be allowed to get my lip pierced? Yes, I already know it would hurt like h*ll.
