yes, the penis as well as the balls can skrink when you are feeling cold.. its called contraction.. but when its warm, the balls is the softest and nicest thing to touch... heez...

Weight gain/loss can affect the "visual" size of the penis. In other words, you may have too much flab directly above your penis that is hides more of the base, especially when erect.
Smoking can also cause shrinkage... the blood flow factor... etc.
Best to speak with a urologist if you have LWS ("Little Willy Syndrome").

Uncontrolled diabetes,
High blood pressure,
Over exercising
Rapid weight loss
Old age
and finally if you don't use it!

Of course as you get older it might tend to get a little shorter but it will also get thicker - just normal body changes as you age.

No you're peinis is not gong to shrink. IT is never going to shrink. It might grow but not shrink.

If it's cold,you smoke,have diabetes or take certain medications,otherwise no.
If you're really concerned about your size maybe you could discuss it with your GP.
