At least the end product is underwear. Beer and other types of advertisments will have even more flagrantly provocative pictures and often in more overt locations like huge billboards or small pictures on the table at your local pub. The arguement goes beyond VS, but it seems to me that most of society accepts that porn is imagry of actual sex and anything that merely eludes to sex is a reason to shop.

Of course not. Victoria's Secret is about fantasy. Intrigue and fun. Sexual seduction. These things in my opinion are essential to a good marriage. If you go to the bizarre then of course the fun is lost but Victoria's Secrets is great fun.

disagree, how many Victoria's Secret models have you seen nude with their legs wide open or openly in the camera having sexual intercourse, or performing sexual actions. or posing in sexual poses baring their breasts or vagina? Some is art, you can go to an art museum and see the same thing. I think it is called culture. Porn is different. Perhaps you see porn, I have never compared it to porn.

Ha, thats funny, cause my friends and I have talked about this. I was looking through the catalog one day, and it just all of a sudden I thought " Do they really need to have this girl topless, looking as if she is in mid- orgasm, just to sell a plain pair of cotton white underwear?" I then started to notice that they are posing in suggestive poses just to sell underwear....some of it is lingere, and I understand marketing a product in a manner that relates to the use....but as far as just basic bra's and underwear...it is not neccisary. I think some of their ads are really inappropriate, and some of the pictures in the catalog are completely unneccisary....so, in my opinion...it could very well be used by men as pornographic material.

i disagree. i have bookmarket the website at the office, and when I am very nervous, I take a look at those beautiful girls in their underwear and I feel immediately better: there is something good in this world, after all. it is a little kitsch, I must admit, but true.
