Is this a European thing?

I moved from a very small town to a city when my boxer was 7 months. She's trained and she used to walk on her leash with no problem. Ever since we got to the city, she's terrified of everything, especially vehicles and trucks that don't move. When she sees these things, she doesn't think about what she's doing and runs. I have fallen many times because of this.

To try and help her walk better, I tried a gentle leader, harness, her regular collar, and now I just bought a choker (without spikey things). This still isn't working. When we are outside, she is in a zone. She doesn't even notice me or my other dog there. So, how can I get her to notice me, listen to me, and walk when she is freaking out?

I have been seeing my bf for 5 months. I love him so much. I have been in 2 very long term relationships before and never felt the way I do now. I want him to know that I hope to not just be his gf forever. All I can think about these days is being marrried, and being by his side forever. hey. ive seen on here people saying that if you have a 28 day cycle you are fetile from day 8-16 is that right? but on ovulation calanders like the one on my monthly cycles it only shows up 4 days of when your fertile? so which one is correct?

my fiance died 3 yrs ago and i have yet been able to get over it.he died at home and i found him when i came home. i have been to nutters and all they say is that it will take time. its been 3 yrs!!! how long am i going to feel empty inside and be upset when things like our aniversary and his b-day and the day he died comes around? it also makes it worse coz my son is now 3 and he wants to know where his daddy is. i havent dated since so theres no like step parent to help explain. is there anyone that has gone through this type of thing that is willing to talk to me about it??

The intent of program had been to bag fecal mater as dry pellets. program was scrapped after facility burned. when they got lemons the didn't make lemon-aid. Could they have re-engineered it to burn sludge as fuel for electricity and just scrub the sulfer laden smoke?
