it happens EVERY time! They putz around in the passing lane, FINALLY move over, and then SPEED UP. Whats up with that?!!

I am considered VERY computer literate, but now I need help! I had a Hewlett Packard Pavillion with Windows ME 2000 operating system, but the power source went out, leaving me stranded--without a backup of my 30GB harddrive with irreplaceable info. My uncle took the hard drive and put it in a new tower, but that tower is ancient with less than 300mHz--SLOW!!! This way, I was able to keep the OS and info on my internal harddrive. Is there any way to do this again, but with a new tower (motherboard, etc) that has more speed (1Ghz or higher) and more RAM (256 or higher)? If so, how do I do it myself? I catch on quickly!!!

Wouldn't you all agree that the major threat to US national security is N. Korea and/or Iran giving a nuclear bomb to Al Qaeda who then uses it against the US? We got Saddam, there ain't any WMDs in Iraq I say we start kicking some Iranian and N. Korean butt with the full force of our military and fight a real war and not this insurgent crap.

I was at a wedding this past weekend, and got bit by a German Shepherd in the neck. I went to the hospital and had to get stitches. I have no idea if this dog has rabies or not, but the police department said that they were going to get the dog and quarentine it for 10 days. Its an outside dog, and we were going to send the owners of the dog my medical bills. So far they have been really mean. They never asked if I was okay. They just b-ched at me and said what the F*ck were you doing by my dog. Also you better not sue us because we know where you live. etc....How common is it for a dog to have rabies? What should I do about this?
