I want to get phone records of a party and I am contemplating filing a case in federal court vs. the party - but seeing the records first would help me decide whether to proceed with the case. The party has been uncooperative (I am a beginning attorney and don't know this basic procedure, sorry).

i wash my hair every other day with Herbal Essences Drama Clean Shampoo. its blonde, thin and a few inches past my shoulders, i blow dry it with a cool meduim speed and only use moouse on my bangs.. i kinda have split ends but u cant notice them.. u see the problem is that my hair gets falter/thinner and oily the next day.. any ideas on what to do?

I only take it at bed time,and first thing in am , i usually work 2nd shift.i dont think they will believe i dont take it on work hours, it is important to get this job,so i dont lose my house,what can i take so this wont show in urine?I know not to take it is the best answer but not an option at this time. med is Vicodin, please help

The bible CLEARLY states in 1 Peter 2:18 "Slaves, submit yourselves to your masters with all respect, not only to those who are good and considerate, but also to those that are harsh". So aren't black christians picking and choosing which biblical laws to follow and which ones to gloss over?

I've been monitoring my serum cholesterol levels for some time now. I find that Physicians like to focus on the Total Cholesterol number while sometimes ignoring the HDL numbers - which are obviously atheroprotective - and thus reduce CHD risk. There's been a lot of work done (Framingham Study, etc.) which show that the Total Cholesterol/HDL ratio correlates better with CHD risk than Total Cholesterol alone. What are your thoughts on this? I have a friend getting ready to go "over there", and who wants me to be there to see him off the day they leave. I want to be there to support him, and just because he asked me to; however, i'm so nervous. I am a really emotional person, and I hate saying goodbye, so I already know i'm probably going to end up crying...which is why I thought about not going. I feel like I should keep an upbeat attitude, and I don't want him to feel bad seeing me crying and stuff. Can anyone tell me what I can expect when/if I go to see him off? I guess i'm kind of wondering about the whole process...like what takes place? Thanks.

Ok, I just asked this question. And alot of people gave me great answers, but I feel I should inlude a llil more! He knows how I feel, he knows I feel doubt about him loving me! But when I tell himm I feel he says that he does love me! He doesn't hold huge conversations about relationships, bc he is feed up w/ those covnersations! When we were going through our problems, thats all we would talk about! Now we are working things through! He says he still loves me, but is it possible he is just saying that? Would a man stay w/ someone bc they are comfortable, or if they truely didn't love someone would they go? By him staying and working things through, does that show he really loves me? It is just going totake time?

I used to do it every single day, and now I did a vow to not do it for 4 weeks, and it's like the 3rd week and my emotional health is just real low. Like, I'm totally frustrated and depressed, with feelings of self-hatred and masochism. Not really sure what my question is, maybe I'm asking if this could be an effect of sex deprivation or maybe it's totally unrelated.
