I am thinking about obtaining a Predictor's license in Toledo. Is there a study guide?

The City of Toledo licenses Predictors. I can predict some things and would really like some kind of credential to hang on my wall. Is there a book to help take the licensing exam?

No there isn't and i kno how you feel i've been studying these things for years

If you are so good at "predicting," shouldn't you be able to "predict" where you will find such a book???
