Physical violence is wrong, no matter what the gender. Period!
You think you're funny, don't you? Domestic violence is not funny. Many women have died, thinking that a couple of slaps in the beginning of the relationship was okay and then things got worse, then fatal.
Smacking your girlfriend is about as acceptable and funny as joking about AIDS babies.

There is a saying, "treat your woman the same way you would treat your mother", would you slap your mother for taking your last Reese's. Its not right to treat your girl that way. What goes around, comes around. And if you hit a woman then you obviously are not a real man. You are a coward. NO, you MORON, just tell her " Boy, THAT was rude!!!" and then go buy her a couple more. Perhaps you'll receive a different kind of candy in return!! Yes, it is wrong to hit a woman; in any circumstance, but if you travel in those lower social circles where a woman needs to hit a man to protect herself then you need to learn some basic rules of etiquette: When a woman needs her person or honor protected then a gentleman will step forth and do so without hesitation. No woman should have to fight if a gentleman is present.
