I am trying to download and install Internet Security 2007 and I am having difficulty. I have tried to communicate with their techs, but they take days to respond with my questions, while I am without a security system. So I am looking for someone who has the knowledge and time to help me with my issues with the 2007. thanks Hoping and Praying

After the 2007 starts to install I get the following message. "The setup program has detected another copy of software already installed on this computer. To continue with this installation you must restart your computer (the setup program will automatically run once the computer restarts). To restart now, check yes. To restart later & cancel installation for now, click, No". I check "yes", and restart and I am right back with the same problem. The other 2007 is not installed, according to the ADD/Remove listing. I have also used the 2005 & 2006 with no glitches.

Of course you shouldn't expect them to troubleshoot your computer for free.
This kind of situation is usually caused by a failed installation and uninstallation. In any event your registry is corrupted.
You could start by doing a system restore at a point in the past where you didn't have any problems. To do so, go to Start->Help and Support Center, then click on "Undo changes to your computer by using System Restore" and follow the wizard.
If that fails you will have to seek professional assistance and/or reinstall your system.

I have been using Trend Micro for over 3 years. What seems to be the problem? They do provide e-mail support. I know that it isn't perfect but you get a faster response. Trend Micro's headquarter is in Asia. So, it isn't too surprising that you are having difficulty contacting them.

Hmm.. i could say do a device fix. it won't do away with each little thing, notwithstanding it might unblock the internet sites (won't artwork in any respect). domicile windows: commence> All courses> Accessorys > device kit> device fix
