For parking spaces (ie: supermarket or mall) When there is no divider or median or concrete 'log' in the way. I was recently (by a citizen) told that the law is that you can't drive THROUGH to be facing out to park (of two 'face to face' spaces).
True or not?

please sign this petition to stop rotweillers being put on the dangerous dog list. Please dont allow a few dogs to tar the name of a whole breed.. similer to genecide?
If this bill gets passed then it will leave the gateway open for bull terriers, german shepherds and all the other 'dangerous dogs' , please sign and save some lives, i know this is a question & answer site so my question is, please sign the petition, if not why not?

I'm 30 years old, 6ft with a 30" in wist which I want to keep but how do I bulk up on muscle on my chest, arms and legs without eating loads of meat? I go to the gym for about 2 hours 3 times a week, do I need to do more?

The guy who lives next door to me is steadily losing his grip on reality and I think he's going to do something harmful to someone soon. He's already threatend to burn the other neighbor's house down, he drives around spitting on people, constantly yelling obsenities to anyone, calls all the girls in the nieghborhood sluts and whores, and now he is obsessed with me. I caught him going through my trash, and he waits for me to come home and hides behind his fence and hisses like a demon. He does not work, has no friends, house is paid off and he drinks everyday to excess. He also spouts off right wing propaganda so....probably has a gun. We have gone to the police several times, and they warned him initially but now they won't do anything because they don't really want to get involved since he is on his property when he does these things. He never threatens...he just f/u's us anytime we are both outside, making it extremely difficult for my wife and I to enjoy our home. Help..

Whilst hardworking people have to go out for a living to provide the things that are essential or luxuries a high number of people on benefits seem to have these items plus much more ie;running a car,sat tv, computers and a free house !Not all claimants I add conform to this as there are many genuine people out there who need our help but its the ones that don't that get my back up!

Just recently, like about a month or so, I've had moods where i'm sad or mad about nothing and I don't get happy easily. My main mood would be depressed, but I had no clue what about. And every night almost I have cried for no reason. Today i've cried I think 6-7 times already. I still want to but I'm holding back. Would someone explain to me what to do or how to fix myself? While watching my unofficial HBO through the snow, I caught George Carlin. He was great in the 60's but I have to say that I was disturbed by his routine. The thing about young women dying and what he didn't have access to.

I understand shock value but his routine was sick. I'm no prude. I don't mind raunchy - love Wanda Sikes. But I saw a demented old has-been who has dropped to the lowest form of comedy - if you can call it that. No intelligence associated with his monologue.

Comedians are either funny to me or not. Period. Honestly, I was slack-jawed at the misogynistic, perverted nature of Carlin. He should have stopped performing in the 60's. HBO needs to take him off. Any thoughts?

I m taking height gainer pills for 5 months which did not work. I did not really follow the time of taking pills. They said take pills twice a day before an hour of lunch and dinner. But i took like sometimes between eating meal or after or before. So is there any other way which i use to get tall. i want solid answer which had worked on somebody not just guess.
