Put the match down and wash the petrol off, that way your cat won't woof!
This doesn't sound like a serious question, but on the off chance it is, then I suggest yo get it to the vets. It's either picked up a cough from somewhere or it has having trouble regurgitating a hairball.

I'm sure its not a cat, its a DOG breed...
ask the one who breed it...it may happen that its mother (CAT) have been mated wid Father (Dog), so gave birth to a mix cat-dog feature.
