the guy that did my pebble dashing didnt put down enough sheeting on the ground and has left quite a bit of concrete on block paving is there anyway this will come off

just pour some water with multi purpose cleaner and use scrapper to remove concrete stains...

both a jet wash will artwork or an acid cleanser will get rid of the stain failing that a cord brush will get rid of lots of the mark then use a showering powder and water mixture to scrub the stain .Any technique you take advantage of will effect in a sparkling patch so it could be constructive to sparkling al the blocks

Use a Karcher pressure washer with a power blaster attachment, that'll rip it off in no time.

use brick acid and use a jet washer make shure u dont leave the acid on 2 long
