If you are genuinely disturbed about your height, then see your doctor. There lies your only natural hope.
Your doctor will examine you, get some blood tests, and do X-rays of some of your long bones to see if the epiphyseal plates have closed. If you fall into certain criteria yiou might benefit from special pituitary hormones. You will not likely get much response in three months, though. There are possible side effects, etc. so be prepared to ask lots of questions.
A guy I knew in high school grew several inches with this treatment but he was about three years younger than you at the time. He was about your size and height and now he is muscular, six feet tall, and far more masculine in overall appearance.
If you want to consider this, don't delay seeing your doctor. Get an appointment soon. Once your epiphyseal plates close, there is little that can be reasonably done regarding height. Otherwise, you may consider taller heels, or shoe lifts.

The ONLY way you can get taller is by having that leg extention operation when they break your legs, pull the bone apart a bit and let more grow inbetween.
Someone ripped you off with the pills. You'll only grow as much as you were ever going to, and in the time you were always going to. The only thing you can do is eat healthily so you can grow to your best ability, and taking magic potions will probably do more damage than good.
Also it's hard to tell whether you have more growing to do or not. Some guys have growth spurts later than others. You have a few more years where it's possible to grow. You probably wouldn't grow enough in 3 months to notice enough change.
There's nothing wrong with being that height anyway :)

You can still grow until about age 24 or 25, but very little. There is no way you can get taller by taking pills! Your genes determine your height. Work on self-acceptance; focus on your strengths and don't let your height bother you. Napoleon was about your height and conquered most of Europe.

You are wasting your money on the "height gainer" pill. It's a scam. A BIG scam. There is NO WAY to get taller. You will only be as tall as you are supposed to be. It's genetic. There is no way to be taller than that or get to your predetermined height any faster!
Throw those pills away.

You stop growing at a certain age.. Maybe you've already hit your age of growing.. 5'5 isn't a bad height now.. that's pretty normal now a days. You waste your money on these pills that don't even work.. there just eye catchers. DON't waste your money no more.. It's not going ot happen over night but give it time.. you might sprout up a little bit. Never know

I stopped growing when I was 16 so unless you have a hidden growth spurt in you you won't be growing sorry. Don't waste time and money on pills for growth or to lose weight or on anything like that, you might as well take a pill to make you beard grow rapidly.

"Height Gainer" pills will not work....at 19 you have probably grown all you're going to. Talk with an endocrinologist doctor you still might benefit from hormone therapy. In the mean time, deal with being short. Too bad most American women won't date short guys....

There is no way to increase an adult's height without surgery. Even with surgery (implanting extendable pins in both femurs), it would take more than three months (and be quite painful).
