I'm in the Austin, TX area and am about to start my search for a plastic surgeon for rhinoplasty. My friend who also had this procedure said I need to go to L.A. to get the best surgeon because they do plastic surgery procedures like a million times a day so they're the best/most experienced and practiced. But that would require a LOT of traveling hassles and I don't even know how to start looking/screening for the "right doctor", and trying to have this done in L.A. would just add to my confusion. Do I really need to go to L.A. to feel comfortable that I'm in the best hands, or are there doctors in the Austin area, or even Dallas or San Antonio (yes, that would involve traveling too but it's closer than California!) that are just as distinguished and on "that level"? Any advice on how to filter through doctors, what questions to ask, how to find the doctor who's right for me, etc.....pretty much any advice on this whole process would be great. Thank you!

I usually buy her good quality presents (as she does me), but lately she hasn't been treating me with the respect I deserve. She keeps making sarcastic comments about my clothes and passes judgment. I really don't feel she 'deserves' anything from me this year, but I might feel guilty if I don't. What should I do? Is a histogram in frequencies? I have 21 measurementsof winter rainfall , all unique values. I have to draw a histogram with these measurments shown against the year they were measured. Should I split it up and have bars entitled - 0-10mm, 11-20mm etc or just do a bar for each years measurement - hope this makes sense!

it was a mixture of uneasiness ,slight fear and serenity.i dreamed of a field wth newly grown plants of different types.i was touching the small fresh plants and feeling nice.at the same time i was afraid that ther might be a snake somewhere near.i was walking through the feilds and at certain places especially at the entrance the ground was soft and wet and was giving away.so i was walking carefully,thinking there might be a lot of water underneath.thn suddenly i see water gushing out frm the ground a little ahead of me.danger.maybe a landslide.so i hurry up and get out of there.thn i reach a well.a big crowd.i needed to wash my legs .so i go near the well .people are talking about a snake in the well.fear.but i somehow wash my hands and legs.and try to get out.am afraid of the snake.somebody is taking it out of the well.it might attack me if i am near the well.so i struggle through the pressing crowd to get out of there.feel claustrophobic.but i get out of there too.

I do NOT want the complete joke. (Really) Give me ONLY the puchline from the joke and let us all try to figure out the rest of the joke. This also gives you a lot more freedom as to the jokes content. Some puchlines are so funny...they almost don't even need the joke. The winner can put the whole joke in the comment section AFTER the winner is picked. (Or we can contact each other if we want to hear the whole joke.)
