Can anyone tell me why muslim extremists do what they do and terrorize the populace with unwanted violence? I as an american am extremely biased against them for what they have done, when previously i did not have any problems with muslims and their religion. I just do not understand the logic behind what they do(behead people, execute them just becuase a persons name is of another origin, suicide bombers, etc) and what empty goal they hope to accomplish with all of this? They will never make islam the only religion in the world(that will never happen becuase americans aren't the only people that won't put up with this crap) and why they feel so strongly about their so called "peaceful" religion?... I don't see billy graham or the leader of the mormon church or the dalai llama going about telling people "obey my religion or we'll cut your head off." If you are muslim i would like to hear your side of the story as well and the reasoning behind the terrible things these people do....

my husband and i had twins may of this year. born full term weighing almost 6lbs each. at 6 days old we found out the girl had a coarctation of the aorta and a ventrical septical defect. at 11 days her bowel ruptured and we almost lost her they had to do emergency surgery and put in a colostomy. she had open heart surgery at almost 3 weeks old, had her bowels repaired about a month ago. is home now and doing great! has anyone else ever been through this w/a baby? we love her and are so thankful that she made it through this and is still here with us.

I remember hearing about someone preparing chicken this way in a book I read. A whole chicken and vegetables were put inside a hollowed out melon of some kind and the baked slowly in the oven. Anyone know an actual recipe for something like that?

This applies particularly to the heavyweights.

There's no such thing as the 'linear title'.

That notion is based on the idea of 'the man who beat the man.'
That would work if every champ beat the guy before him, but in the case of the heavyweight division, two guys retired undefeated as heavyweight champ: Gene Tunney and Rocky Marciano.

Logic thus dictates that from Tunney onwards, it has always been the 'consensus' champ that is the legitimate one.
Am I wrong?

You should not blam islam if a muslim i happened to be the terrorist ,you should compare the islam with the person who Brought this Religeon. he was one who's name is in the top at the Harvle't university london in the list of the most True ,Simpathatic,gentle,and honest man he is declared the best.
I mean Muhammad (P.B.U.H) He never preached islam on the basis of soward although he participated in the holy wars but he commanded them only.

my friend keeps making comments like "i don't matter, i wish i was dead, there's no point to keep living" She also told me tonight that she has several ways to kill herself. I know she is just saying it to get attention cause she cuts herself too. Is there any reason i should take her seriously? I yelled at her and hit her earlier today cuz she said she was going to do it tonight or in the next few days whenever she got the chance. Now she won't answer my calls. i called her dr and he said he'd check up with her. I know i need to just ignore her so she'll stop getting attention by saying stuff, but how do i know for sure if one day she is serious. she never used to say crap like this and ive known her for like 5 yrs. What can i do besides play her games? I don't wanna ditch her cuz shes my best...

It is now 2:25AM do you think she is cheating on me ?

She talks about this guy a lot and thinks he is really interesting and was very excited to get asked out to a dinner meeting with him when he was in town. I have heard that he has a rep for going after women. He cell phone is ALWAYS on and it was turned off at 11:45PM tonight and only takes messages now. She NEVER turns off her phone and I got a message on my cell phone at 10PM that she was talking with people and they were drinking martinis. She knows I turn off my cell phone after 6PM and she didn't call the home phone. What do you think?
