Getting fired isnt the end of the world. There are other jobs. Confront these individuals and ask them, politely, what the problem is. If you say nothing you will not know where you stand. Maybe these people are trying to intimidate you, or bully you to increase your workload. After having confronted them you find that you are in the middle of a hostile working environment look for another job, basically quit before being forced out. On the other hand you might find out that it is all in your head and everything is cool.

If you keep your mouth shut about it then you wont know where you stand.

I was in the same position. Unfortunately I was fired. I always considered myself a person who could get along with everyone. A person like that does not exist.

If you know why you anger them, quit doing it. If you don't know better start looking for a job.

Keep your head down and your mouth shut.

I know it's hard, I've been there myself, but if you're getting that "uneasy feeling," then you're probably not wrong. Just try to fly under the radar until the feeling passes...

Employees are fired for several reasons on account for being unreliable, aggresive and no work ethic. It is best to improve those qualities, because those are the important traits that people do not like to employee into their company. Imagine asking yourself the type of prospect employee you would hire and what type of person you would like to keep working for your company (which will be the person you would not fire).

With an attitude adjustment. Be cordial to your co-workers and manager and do your work well. Be on time and don't miss work. Tell yourself you are lucky to be working and then act like it. If you truly don't like your job, then while working, look elsewhere discreetly.

Keep your mind on your work, and avoid co-workers at all cost! Show up on time, watch your language, and dress appropriately!
Good luck Hon!

Just try and focus on doing your job and don't bring attention to yourself if you've been there for more then 90 days I think they need a real reason to fire you. And try and find another job if your not happy there they might give you a good reference if they want to get rid of you that bad.

How are you angering them? By your words? By not doing what you're supposed to do? Or what?

It is always a matter of building relationships. Be sincere, say nice things, encourage them. If you fake it, people will know. And of course, do your best at your job, especially what you are supposed to do.

Just got to work, be quiet do your job and try not to bother anyone, fly under the radar for a while try not to draw so much attention to yourself. I know it may be hard but sometimes you just have to suck it up and go with it, if you need your job you will be willing to put up with a load of crap to keep it.
