The Olympics' official motto is "Citius, Altius, Fortius". This is Latin for "Swifter, Higher, Stronger". This is said to represent the Olympic spirit, supposed to be present throughout the Games and generally held to be a celebration of brotherhood, competition, sportsmanship, goodwill and peace. However every Games prepare their own motto, just for this particular Games.
For example the official motto of the XX Olympic Winter Games in Turin 2006 was "Passion lives here".

Swati s and Kasia's 3 word motto is correct.
Just as an point of interest and an FYI there is only 1 official motto for every Olympiad;"Swifter, Higher, Stronger"...I'll use the English words.
Kasia.. every Olympics develop and establish their own theme but not a motto...the IOC doesn't like it when some one comes up with a better motto than the original I suppose. The XX Winter Olympics "Passion Lives Here" was their Olympic Theme. It was a very nice touch by the way to include that information in your answer.
The last Olympics I attended were the XXIII Olympiad in LA. Their theme was actually a a musical theme...actual music.
It was was a rearrangement of Leo Arnaud's original 1958 "Bugler's Theme". It was titled "Olympic Fanfare Theme" by John Williams. Not real original I suppose.
