It is now 2:25AM do you think she is cheating on me ?

She talks about this guy a lot and thinks he is really interesting and was very excited to get asked out to a dinner meeting with him when he was in town. I have heard that he has a rep for going after women. He cell phone is ALWAYS on and it was turned off at 11:45PM tonight and only takes messages now. She NEVER turns off her phone and I got a message on my cell phone at 10PM that she was talking with people and they were drinking martinis. She knows I turn off my cell phone after 6PM and she didn't call the home phone. What do you think?

I would be concerned for her safey at this point, are you even sure she's ok? Try calling her friends and see what's going on. And when she does make it home, I think you and her better have a serious talk.

What I don't understand is why did u allow her to go with this guy in the first place, knowing she's all excited to see him? Also, u said he has a rep for going after women. Well this should've raised reg flags then. Now you are here asking this. Honestly, I think something's up but it's hard to say whether she's cheating on u or not. I can only tell u that her going out with this guy in the first place is very inappropriate. I suggest u handle this when she gets home.

People who cheat always do things that they never have done before such as how they turned their phones off. Secondly if she does come home drunk show her a$$ the door when she does finally walk in because the fact that she thinks he is interesting and was excited to go and see him means that she is into him. The alcohol will only lessen her inhibitions and give her this excuse to use, "Well I don't know what I was thinking we were both drunk and it just happened." Pal you should only be lucky that you are not married to this girl. If you do believe her "excuse" then be prepared for this to happen if you marry her. This other guy is only in to her because she is already in a relationship and he can seduce her knowing that he doesn't have to commit to her. In other words he is only using her for sex.

Sounds very suspicious. If you did the same thing with another girl how would she react? If it's just a friend that you want to go out for dinner with you don't turn off your cell phone and stay out past 2am. And why didn't she ask you to go with? If he has a "rep for going after women" I take it he's not gay. It doesn't sound like she has any respect for you and your relationship.

OUCH!! That has to hurt. But it is still possible she is out with him on a dinner meeting, then with friends or coworkers after. Honestly I say always trust your instincts. I would never think it to be right to conduct business after seven unless it was for pure pleasure. Meaning drinking martinis with a guy that I find intriguing. She shouldn't put herself into that situation. Hopefully she is with others.

In her (weak) defense if this is legit, She has every reason to be angry if you confront or accuse her. I would wait for further red flags before I made accusations. Although this appears to be a red flag the size of Texas.

Take care.

Yes, I do think she is up to no good. A business meeting doesn't last that long...if it's professional. It could all be a coincidence but I would be very careful. If she comes home smelling like soap or cologne. If she is plastered. I know this sounds ugly but try to make love to her and smell her bush. That will tell you..........period! If she has cleaned up then she has had sex. If she smells of man, then you know the rest. Dead give away! I'm sorry, I feel for you in your waiting, while she is out. Not good hon! Good luck and God bless

Sounds like she's cheatin to me....BUT....you do need to give her the benefit of the doubt! So she had a business meeting/dinner that turned into drinks. If she is out all night then you have very good reason to be upset, but what if she rolls in the door in half hour, totally plastered with a half assed explanation? Try to be patient, easier said than done, and give her a chance to explain. Good luck :)

I'm sorry, doesn't sound good.
I'm actually in a position your girlfriend is in right now.
I've met a very sensual man that knows I am married and it doesn't seem to bother him much.
It's bothering me though, I want to be with this very intriguing man.
Especially since my husband has hurt my heart so many times.
But I don't think I could take it that far, even with my feelings for my husband suck.
I'm just too emotional to do something like that...
I think.....Just when a man that can make you melt with all the right words, and he is also known for screwing lots of Women...
That freaks me out, considering I've been with the same man for ten years.
Good luck! To you and to me...

I read some of the answers posted so far, first of all don't get the law involved. If you do you'll just end up looking like a fool. Get some sleep and prepare for the eight million lies your gonna get tomorrow. I hope I'm wrong but believe or not I've been there. Good luck man.

I agree with gmonte33. Either she is having problems or she does not respect you enough to phone you to tell you she is having a good time. When respect has gone, all hopes for future respect vanish too. Do you want to be treated like that? I would just give her a friendly good bye and look for somebody better.
