Law #28. If the wheat of Titius is mixed with yours, when this takes place by mutual consent, the mixed heap belongs to ou in common because each body, that is , each grain , which before was the property of one or other of you, has by your mutual consent been made your common property; but, if the intermixture were accidental, or made by Titius without your consent, the mixed wheat does not then belong to you both in common; because the grains still remain distinct, and retain their proper substance...if either of you keep the whole quantity of mixed wheat, the other has a real actio (claim or suit) for the amount of wheat belonging to him, but it is in the province of the judge to estimate the quality of the wheat belonging to each.

Got a new beautiful computer to go with my other computer but we can't get them to share the internet connection longer than about 10 minutes without it crapping out. Right now I've given up and hooked up the old computer again directly.

Both are Windows XP Home Edition, I use Cox Cable (cable modem LAN w/Motorola modem), I have a Linksys Wireless Broadband router, two brand new ethernet cables, just installed Norton Antivirus 2006 on both, otherwise the one computer is brand new with nothing much else on it.

I'd like to share my printer, plus see the files on each computer, plus both use the internet connection. We've tried calling Cox, calling the router tech support, using the Network Troubleshooter with Windows and I'm about to lose my mind. Anyone have any idea what the problem might be and a good step by step website suitable for my needs to help us out?

I had an upper respiratory infection last year and took the antibiotics for about a week and forgot the remaining days. (should have been 10). But I felt better. Then it seems like months later I had breathing problem again, not sure if it was common cold or same infection. I got better again w/o meds. Now a year later I've been feeling heavy in the lungs for about a 4 weeks. I wake up,clear my throat and spit solid dark colored phlegm for a few minutes. Is it possible I have the same infection? Doesn't the body kill off the infection eventually or become immune? Or can infections calm down and become dormant in the body, to attack again at a later time?

I have a Capital One Platinum card and I would like my credit limit increased. I have tried to get it done automatically over the phone and through a customer service representative, but they tell me I am not eligible for an increase by request. They say that they occasionally do credit account reviews if all is well and then give them. Well my history with them is pristine, payments sent early and usually double the minimum. Does anyone out there know when those "occasional" reviews are? Thanks!

I live in area where ther is no public transport and unable to drive.I know there is a difference between riding your average bike,average gears etc but i know very little about what to get if i want the bike to 'work for me'...better for long distance etc.I do not want an experts bike etc but a good esy to ride and understand easily the use of gears correctly etc????????

A couple had been debating buying a vehicle for weeks.
He wanted a truck. She wanted a fast little sports-like car so she could zip through traffic around town.
He would probably have settled on any beat up old truck, but everything she seemed to like was way out of their price range.
