No one can define success for you. It depends on your personal beliefs, ideas, hopes and desires. If you want to impress a potential employer you might say success would be to help this company to reach its highest potential because it is a place you consider to have great promise and your desire is to work only with the best. However you define success, be sure you are honest. Take time to examine your own heart and you will have the perfect answer without any help from others. Good luck.

"A feeling of satisfaction in a job well done. That is, you are successful when you know you have done the job to the best of your abilities, and at or preferably above company standards and expectations."

success is when preparation meets opprtunity.
go figure. hope i don't have to explain.. but they'll love it if you can expound on that. you can do that, right?
if you want something more profound, throw in expectation:
success is the right combination of opportunity, preparation, and expectation.
best wishes.
