No one can define success for you. It depends on your personal beliefs, ideas, hopes and desires. If you want to impress a potential employer you might say success would be to help this company to reach its highest potential because it is a place you consider to have great promise and your desire is to work only with the best. However you define success, be sure you are honest. Take time to examine your own heart and you will have the perfect answer without any help from others. Good luck.
