I want to become vegetarian, and I was wondering if by eating corn and beans I would get the essential amino acids, proteins and supplements that I get from the meat.

I used to love this stuff 10 yrs ago. It did so much wonders to me. It sucks to see it come off the shelves just cause some idiot abused the drug and died from it. I was a frequent user and never had problems with it if i follow the standard guidelines. I hear rumors how the FDA uplifted the ban. I dunno if its true or just an urban myth. Somebody please let me know!!!

for me... it's really tough because i've always WANTED to like him for some reason. i really did, but folly after folly insued and everything that WAS predictable came true than wars and gas n stuff... i mean, it bothers me that i feel like after all these things i wonder why i just dont know more about them.

scam artists must be at an all time high these days. people are doing extreme things and they think they will be covered by the law if anything goes wrong. until then, profiteer.

this, to me, is the most excruciating difficulty i have understanding our president, mr. bush. why? because i don't really believe he is a stupid man. sure, he's needed every business he tried to run be bailed out (by papi) and he had that incident with coke. and believe it or not, i'm one of those middle road ( or now called libertarians i'm not sure... ) types that never blamed him for one second when it comes to the immigration issue! i saw prior president(s) do the same but worse.

its very true, and i can even tell a person about his or her previous life. i had this since i was very young, and i am not even a religious or spiritual person by any means. however i now never talk about it to my friends or family because they call me a nutcase. but deep within me i know that i am true to myself.

recently i told a person all about his previous life and even proved it by giving him the places and people whom he lived with , and mind you i never even knew this person befor i met him. he too was suprized.

i now worry that this condition is an evil trait in me to read other peoples lives.
am afraid, and can you please help me?

I have personal knowlege of inappropriate use of Surveillance cameras in an Indian Casino. Where do I report it? Supervisor's a dead end,compliance..dead end, NIGC?, FIGC? My buddy's girlfriend and him are having trouble (shes 16). He found out she had walked around a hotel room (he knew there were guys there, no big secret) with her shirt off, and groped a man along with 2 other girls, and he just found out these guys have asked them to do it several times (flash them, and only once she groped him on her own terms). Here's the twist, all these girls are softball players for a highschool team, all 16 and under, and these were there coaches. One engaged, and the two others just sick I guess. Now, this could be a huge lawsuit for the parents against the coaches, which, in turn at least would get them fired. But this school is known for having a great softball program and many girls hopes of scholarships would go down the drain if this became publicized. So if my buddy decided to tell any one of the parents or the school, this could ruin MANY peoples lives, but what they did was completely out of line and they should be fired..what should he do??

I always get teased in school. Its like the people who tease me devote most of their time thinking of a way to embarass me. When they get embarassed, they usually put out their anger on me in a way of teasing me even though im not the one who embarassed them. I'm a true believer or God. I believe that If you do good things, good things will happen to you. In this case, If I do good things, then they wont tease me anymore. One of them just got punished by God in a way of injuring his knee. But that didn;t wok either, he's still teasing me. What should I do? Cant avoid them cause theyr my classmates. Pls help....

A right circular cone and a hemisphere have the same base, and the cone is inscribed in the hemisphere. The figure is expanding in such a way that the combined surface area of the hemisphere and its base are increasing at a constant rate of 18 square inches per second. At what rate is the volume of the cone changing at the instant when the radius of the common base is 4 inches?

The surface area of a sphere of radius r is
S=4*pi*r^2
and the volume of a right circular cone of height h and radius r is
V=(1/3)*pi*(r^2)*h


I have taken the equation of the sphere and divided it by 2 for the equation of the Surface Area of a hemisphere then I found the derivative of that which makes the rate of change of the SA to be 8*pi.
Then I took that and divided by 18(in^2)/second
which comes out as (4*pi/9) seconds.
Here is where I am stuck and I do not know if the work I have done is even remotely close to my final goal rate of change of volume of the cone at 4 radius h.
