how many weeks before the prom should i ask here ?

3 weeks at the least. Girls don't like the whole last minute deal of having to run around and find a dress, besides you're going to need a tux that matches. You also have to have enough time to get the tickets, rent a limo...some ppl do that, I dunno..., and make reservations for dinner (unless your school does dinner at prom, mine wasn't that cool). Girls have a lot to do before prom, and the dress is a big deal, so give her enough time!

If $ isnt a problem for niether of y'all then you should ask her at least two months befor the prom so u know about dress and tux. But lets say you or her need sum $ for all da expenses den ask four months or five, but dont ask directly, just say u tinkin bout it and u just wanna know if case one of y'all need to start workin.

Well you can ask her after Christmas come January cause April is Prom Month gives her tme to get ready..

Wait until prom plans are underway and everyone is talking about it. If you ask too soon, you may change your mind about the girl you want to ask.

At least a month or two....you have to get together to make sure your tux and vest is going to match her dress.
