What do you do when you want to have a positive attitude about your grades, but someone always messes it up by getting a better score?

Just remember this, there is always some one greater or lower than you. Be happy with what you have. Envy is not good. Be happy for the ones that achieve success.

Do well because that's good for you. Don't do well because you could beat others. Try as hard as you can, and if you still not the best, than be a good sport and congatulate the best. From where I came, there's a saying" There will always be sky above sky." Which means no matter how good you think you are, there's always someone better. Don't let it discourage you, make it your motivation. It's a good think that you have a positive attitude about your grades, now.. keep up the good work.
