It simply means "I love you" though it's spelled "Jag älskar dig" (without the dots on the "jag" as you wrote it)

As Johanna said it means I love you. Writing "Jäg" is a mistake a Swede wouldn't do unless they are trying to write in some sort of dialect, but then the whole sentence would look different.
