I've heard there are three types of people in the world: Those who follow, those who lead, and those that need to get out of the way. As far as those who lead goes, clarity of perception and soundness of mind are necessary. "Ay, truly; for the power of beauty will sooner transform honesty from what it is to a bawd than the force of honesty can translate beauty into his likeness: this was sometime a paradox, but now the time gives it proof. I did love [Ophelia] once." Hamlet was the best leader because he enforced justice on a recalcitrant kingdom and loved a woman with all his heart.
