My buddy's girlfriend and him are having trouble (shes 16). He found out she had walked around a hotel room (he knew there were guys there, no big secret) with her shirt off, and groped a man along with 2 other girls, and he just found out these guys have asked them to do it several times (flash them, and only once she groped him on her own terms). Here's the twist, all these girls are softball players for a highschool team, all 16 and under, and these were there coaches. One engaged, and the two others just sick I guess. Now, this could be a huge lawsuit for the parents against the coaches, which, in turn at least would get them fired. But this school is known for having a great softball program and many girls hopes of scholarships would go down the drain if this became publicized. So if my buddy decided to tell any one of the parents or the school, this could ruin MANY peoples lives, but what they did was completely out of line and they should be fired..what should he do??

I'm sorry, if this clears it up a bit, they were on a softball trip. The coaches didn't invite them to the hotel

So the decision is between closing your eyes to a serious breech of ethics as compared to saving a sports program and reputations? Let me tell you, those girls already made that choice. They knew what they were doing. They deserve to pay the consequences. The coaches are adults who have the responsibility of working with teens. They should have stopped those girls and called their parents. Now it has gone to another level. You know what the right thing to do is. I hope you have the courage to do it. It would be wrong to hide this terrible secret.

sueing them and the school will be a long process. Most likely the coaches will be suspended with paid administrative leave. They might get relocated to other schools. Just be prepared for any surprises. The investigation will be long and all the girls will have to cooperate. They will do this again and again. Be warned the girls also played into this. They let themselves be groped and flashed.
talk with the girls and parents and sue the coaches and the school

He should do what is right. That was out of line. If she says nothing, than she is not ruining the lives of others, but her own. She knows it was wrong, and emotionally, she will feel untrue to herself, and to those who come into her life that repsect her forever. It won't go away. Her children will feel the effects and their children will feel the effects and so on and so on.
We can say she must tell, because she may be protecting so many from going through this same experience, but in reality...she must tell because she will blame herself forever and while this experience may only appear to be in the here and now...it will have affects that will truly impact those she loves. If she doesn't love herself enough to stand up and do what's right, then try and get her to see that not standing up will eventually ruin the lives of those she loves.

Definately this should be brought into the open. These guys are predators and they will not stop. No telling how many young girls have already been silently damaged by them, and unless they are stopped, it WILL continue. Great softball programs and scholarships and all are wonderful, but don't even compare to the necessity of getting help for these girls and STOPPING these predators. The girls will move on, if they are given help and empowered. Stop the creeps.

First of all, this situation should have NEVER happened, and your friend most definitely needs to tell someone. These "men" (and I use that term loosely) need to be punished for what they are doing. They are taking advantage of girls who in all reality are not old enough to make decisions about things like that. This is not going to affect their scholarships..those are based on more than just sports, but even if they have hopes of getting sports scholarships, that will still be possible. For you, and your friend, to know that this is happening, and not do anything about it makes you just as guilty as those coaches.

To be quite honest with you, her/your story doesn't ring true.
I was a 16 year old girl once, and what you are describing (16 year old girls parading around topless and ganging up on men in order to group grope them) sounds like the made-up fantasy of a man and not the actual actions of a 16 year old girl.

no longer sue, call or write the candy producer to enable them to be responsive to you purchased expired candy from a keep. I actual have had this ensue and easily called the enterprise who made the candy. They have been extra desirable than chuffed to interchange it with a yet another bag of candy. in case you do sue a enterprise they're going to easily bypass the fee onto the buyer; you and that i.

Horrible situation. Your friend should tell the proper authorties about this. Ok putting people in jail will ruin thier lives. But stopping this can save many peoples lives and reputations.

I would most certainly request the school to have a conference with the coach and a warning !Tell him you are considering suing and he will be watched! This should do it!
