Hi. Can anyone tell me how many calories are burnt in an hour of circuit training? I do two classes per week, each an hour long. Obviously I know it depends on the individual and how hard they work during the class, but on average? I also do aerobics (1 hour) and would be interested to know how much that burns aswell. Thanks for any help.

I still care very much for my ex but she cheated on me. We are now seperated but have the same group of friends. I do not know what to do at are next meeting. the "flight" part of my "fight or flight" instinct has been missing all of my life! Ive always loved the thrill of being scared, which is why im so fascinated with the paranormal, ive had many experiences with ghost in my life, but i ENJOY all of them! i think its great.

My flag stays out...In fact I have to replace them by wearing them out.
I wrote an email 5 years ago chastising the Superamerica LLC
corportation (Speedway Gas Station) for having one of the largets flag poles in town and not having a flag on it during a time of war. After they renovated this year had to do it again....made sure they had the hot dogs cooking but no flag.

seriously, i see time after time when someone asks a religious question and a Bible believing person attempts to answer them and they just spew back hatred. do the non christians truly think that hatred is a desired personality trait? word to the wise to consider: hatred eats you from within. it turns your life cold and bleak.
