I've heard dish soap and water, but I did that last year and still got bugs. Open for any suggestions.

YOU COULD SPRAY THEM WITH LIQUID SEVEN. IT GETS EVERYTHING AND IS SYSTEMIC, SO IF ANYTHING DOES SURVIVE IT WILL DIE IF IT EATS ANY OF YOUR PLANTS. JUST FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS AND TRY NOT TO GET IT ON YOU AS IT'S BUG KILLER AND IT'S NOT GOOD FOR PEOPLE. YOU WILL WANT TO KEEP IT AWAY FROM KIDS, TOO. IT WORKS ON EVERYTHING IN YOUR GARDEN AND YARD. YOU CAN MIX UP A LITTLE IN A SMALL SPRAY BOTTLE OR ENOUGH FOR THE ENTIRE YARD. HOPE IT HELPS.

You can use an insecticidal soap spray, available wherever you buy plant foods and bug sprays. Insecticidal soap isn't toxic. You can also get a "natural" insecticide that contains pyrethrins, or something else called neem oil, which kills bugs by coating the eggs and suffocating them.

They have a granular fertilizer/systemic pesticide that works quite well. Just add to top of soil according to directions and water.
