I would discourage you from believing that God is doing you personal favors by harming your neighbor. Because he is not. A person's justice on earth is between that person and God, not you and God and that person.
Also, who is the problem here? The one who yells, or the one who calls the one who yells a jerk? Both of these people are.

Yes, it is true that God punishes those who are wicked while they are still on Earth.
For E.g., A Businessman who is a Money Lender. As a money lender, you take Interest from the person who borrows the money. In such a scenario, if you observe, one of his family members is always sick, which means that the interest which he earns usually spent on medicines/ hospitalization...
