Does anyone know what software can modify a .png file? I'm creating a website from a template, and the graphics are in .png. Can Photoshop be used to change the files. Particularly - the words on top of the graphics? (So I can change the text on a button with out changing the look of the button).

i never played tennis in high school, but i decided to join in my jr yr of college. now that im part of the schools "tennis club", i find that everyone else there is really good since theyve played all thru high school when i didnt. should i keep playing or give it up since i only have 2 yrs left of school?

I'm generally a good cook. However, when I cook spaghetti or angel hair pasta, it's disgustingly sticky/starchy. What am I doing wrong? I always add salt and oil as it's cooking. I have read not to rinse it if it's to be served hot. Regardless....I'm always rinsing it to get all the starchy crap off! Help!!!

i have a girlfriend and i suspect she is cheating. i know this may sound kind of perverted but i was looking at her under garnments after she went out a couple of times without me. I checked them in the morning. and there was a white hard dry substance on the crotch area...i understand women do have a discharge at times but i notice its much heavier after she goes out with her guy friends without me...what are the chances of it being another guys semen??? thank you for your help...

A wheel broke off my car on the freeway and damaged a car going the other way but nobody was hurt(THANK GOD!) however there was an insurance claim against my policy. I was never cited however. The question is two fold will it go on my driving record and would it effect me from getting a job driving a truck? Otherwise I have kept my driving record clean for about 20 years and I plan to keep it clean.

i asked this question twenty minutes ago or so. The correct answer is only the truth is right. Truth can be obtained through proof and faith working together. Those who think that there is no absolute truth and everyone is right according to what they think or feel: congratulations, you have achieved ultimate ignorance. Those who think that the bible is the truth, can you back that up? Christianity is not a religion solely of faith; you are called upon to know what you're talking about. And i do not address that only to christians...everyone should be able to know what they are talking about...neutrality is the worst state to be in when in comes to truth.

Even though they never mention who his father is in the manga or anime, but is it possible that his father is the Fourth Hokage? Cuz it mentions that they have the same personality, power, and looks (except that the Fourth was smarter). And also cuz when Jiraiya pushed Naruto off the cliff, he said "forgive me fourth" And in the second episode, the third told Iruka about how when the fourth told him not to tell anyone that naruto has the fox sealed w/in him cuz he wants naruto to have a normal life. it shows that the fourth cared deeply for naruto.

I've been biting my nails since I can remember. I cannot recall a time when I have had nails above my fingertips. I have tryed all sorts of remedies, from an elastic band on wrist to the bitter polish, which I just got used to chewing. It's even worst now, I have got barely any nails left to work with and now I'm going for the skin around the nails. It's yuck! Please help me, if any one has any remedies that would be great.

Jimi Hendrix wasnt the only African American rocker. I believe that rock was created partly from jazz. I just think its ironic that some (not all) of the people i know, manly black, do not listen to the rock genre.
